Started by a guy who's been there.
Trusted Source Rx started with a simple question: you got sober, so now what about your body?

Sober since December 10, 2022.
I got sober from drugs and alcohol on December 10, 2022.
I was already a big guy. After I got sober, I put on another 20 to 30 pounds and topped out around 270. Nobody warned me about that part. The drugs and the drinking were gone, and food took their place.
That's when it clicked. If I was going to stay sober, I wanted to actually be happy. I wanted a sober, happy life, and I wanted to be healthy.
I started working with a mentor named Mohamad. He gave me direction when I didn't have any, and he helped me rewrite my mission statement. He told me to be as maniacal about my health as I ever was about using.
So I was. I tracked every meal. Lean protein, vegetables and a lot of training. I lost 70 pounds.
Then I kept going. Since I got sober, I've:
- finished an Ironman (Ironman California, October 22, 2023);
- run ultramarathons;
- sold my condo;
- started my own companies;
- moved to Bali and lived abroad;
- learned new languages;
- told my story on podcasts.
Along the way, I found a relationship with God. I'm grateful every day for the grace and forgiveness I've gotten from my friends, my family and God.
Why this exists
There are a lot of men like me. Sober, or working on it, and still lost when it comes to their body and their head. Rehab and meetings get you off the stuff. Nobody hands you a plan for the weight, the energy, or the blood work no one ever ordered.
I believe the body is the place to start. It's the part you can control. Get your numbers. Make a plan. Show up for it.
That's what Trusted Source Rx is for: real labs, licensed clinicians, vetted pharmacies, and nobody judging where you came from.
Brandon
Brandon's story is his own. He lost the weight with food tracking and training, before Trusted Source Rx existed, and without any product we sell. Results vary from person to person.
