Every lab order and every prescription is reviewed by a licensed clinician in your state. How it works

You quit. Then the weight showed up.

Nobody warns you about the weight. A licensed clinician looks at your history and every medication you take, and if a GLP-1 fits, it ships to your door.

Weight management, built for after you quit.

Late-night sugar“I traded one thing for another.”
Energy drinks“Four a day just to get through the shift.”
Clothes don't fit“I've sized up twice since I got sober.”
Diets don't stick“I've white-knuckled it before. It never lasts.”

What's in the program.

GLP-1 medications act on the hormones involved in appetite and fullness. Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide are treatment options that may be used to support weight management goals. A licensed clinician decides if one is right for you, which one, and what dose.

About the needle.

It's usually a small weekly injection. If needles are a thing for you, say so. You don't have to explain why.

Your recovery medications.

Tell your clinician about Suboxone, methadone, naltrexone or anything else. We don't offer weight medications that contain naltrexone.

Who shouldn't take it.

Anyone with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN 2, anyone pregnant, and others your clinician will go through.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not evaluate compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Important Safety Information
