Nothing on this site is prescribed, approved or shipped without a licensed clinician deciding it's appropriate. Here's who does that work.
Visits and prescriptions
Clinical care is provided by licensed clinicians with The Network, an independent physician group. They review your history and every medication you take, and every prescription is their decision, in your state.
Lab orders
A separate group of licensed clinicians reviews every lab order before a kit ships, and reaches out when a result is out of range. Every kit runs at a CLIA-certified lab.
How to reach them
Through your patient portal. Message your clinician anytime; they answer during clinic hours.
Where visits are available
46 states and Washington, D.C. Some states require a short phone call with your clinician; if yours does, we say so at the start of your intake.
